Dexter's tie-up with a major Ice-cream brand |
A
national ice cream brand has entrusted Dexter with the task of market testing
all their products before they are launched, to get consumer feedback on the
product and the packaging. This exercise involves blind product tests conducted
without the consumers being aware of the brand and getting unbiased feedback to
make sure that the launched products are a success.
This
will involve testing 3 to 5 flavors every month on an ongoing basis, and will
give inputs to the client to consistently come up with product innovations and
variants as per the taste of the consumer.
So now
if you happen to drop by at Dexter House and see a crowd of unknown people
waiting, you know they are here for their share of the ice cream scoops!
